LIFE at MiraCosta to meet OCEANSIDE —- LIFE at MiraCosta, a lifelong learning group, will meet at 1 p.m. July 18 in Room 1068 at MiraCosta College, 1 Barnard Drive. Oceanside Police Chief Frank S. McCoy will share the department’s future objectives, describe efforts toward gangs/graffiti abatement and explain why the city’s crime rate has declined.
